IABLONSCHI & ASOCIAȚII is proud to have served as legal advisor to Cultivate Capital Partners Fund Cooperatief U.A. (“CCP Cooperatief”) for the phased acquisition of a logistics complex in Ștefăneștii de Jos, Romania.

CCP Cooperatief, founded in 2024 in the Netherlands, focuses on sustainable growth and innovation, investing in both emerging and established markets. In Romania, it operates through CCP Log Holding S.R.L., which targets investments in non-residential property. The initial transaction on the Romanian market is the purchase of a 13,000 square meter logistics warehouse, fully leased, alongside 31,000 square meters of land.
IABLONSCHI & ASOCIAȚII’s role encompassed due diligence, structuring the transaction, negotiating documents, and managing the foreign investment notification process with the relevant Romanian authorities.

The upcoming phase of the acquisition is scheduled for April 2025 and will concentrate on acquiring the other buildings situated in Ștefăneștii de Jos, which have already been secured through Step 1 of the transaction.
