Cornel Hauca

Cornel Hauca is an Senior Associate at SCA Iablonschi & Asociații with over 15 years of experience in commercial and civil litigation, insolvency proceedings, and enforcement matters. He has built a broad practice advising both corporations and individuals across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, appearing before courts of all levels of jurisdiction throughout Romania, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice.

He has particular expertise in debt recovery and enforcement proceedings — from initiating forced execution and managing challenges against enforcement acts, to overseeing the repossession, valuation, and public auction of financed assets. Cornel has extensive experience representing non-banking financial institutions with French capital, advising on corporate documentation, regulatory filings with the National Bank of Romania, and contract revision and termination.

His employment law practice covers disciplinary investigations, individual and collective dismissal procedures, and collective bargaining — including the negotiation, signing, and registration of collective labour agreements with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate. Cornel has also provided legal assistance before the European Court of Human Rights.
