Amalia has successfully managed a wide range of sophisticated transactions, navigating legal and regulatory aspects in areas such as purchase and sale, property finance, leasing and concession, property insurance, public and private construction, public works, property development and investment, mortgages, and other collaterals. 

Her expertise extends beyond transactional work to advising on day-to-day business operations, project management, and team coordination. She is acknowledged for her excellent communication skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities.

Amalia has joined the Iablonschi & Asociatii team after roles at prestigious international law firms active on the Romanian market and major investment funds with domestic businesses.

As a member of our team, she will act as Of Counsel and the key contact for Real Estate legal assistance and representation.
