With over 14 years of experience in intellectual property law, Alina brings a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail to her work, which directly results in ensuring effective resolution and protection of her clients' interests throughout any legal process she is called to assist in.
She is highly proficient in representing clients in the full spectrum of intellectual property disputes, including trademark, designs, copyright, and unfair competition litigation, consistently delivering effective and results-oriented legal strategies tailored to each client's specific needs.
Before joining WAP ALIENZAZ, Alina spent 7 years as part of a highly reputable legal team, working within one of Romania's top-ranked intellectual property law firms, where she developed a strong professional foundation and honed her expertise in the field. She subsequently founded her own legal practice, through which she continued to serve domestic clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, further consolidating her experience and client portfolio.
Her litigation-focused practice is built on meticulous preparation and a thorough understanding of the commercial realities her clients face. This approach enables her to provide clear, actionable advice while confidently navigating complex proceedings before Romanian courts and administrative authorities.
With significant exposure to international clients over the years, she has built a strong track record in assisting global brand owners in enforcing and defending their intellectual property portfolios in Romania, acting as a trusted local counsel and ensuring that their rights and business interests are fully protected and upheld.
Alina is a member of the Bucharest Bar, holding a law degree and a Master's degree in Private Law, both from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest.
