Who We Are

Iablonschi & Asociații is a full-service Romanian law firm and a proud member of Marcalliance — a leading international network of independent law firms covering 75+ countries across 5 continents. Through this membership, we deliver seamless cross-border legal services to businesses operating across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Marcalliance was founded in 2013 by a French and a Spanish law firm, now named Carlara and Forvis Mazars Tax & Legal, with the aim of providing Member law firms' clients with access to a full range of legal and tax services in all areas of business law, combining local expertise with international capabilities.

Our team brings together experienced lawyers with diverse backgrounds and complementary expertise, allowing us to handle complex, multi-disciplinary mandates with depth and precision. We take pride in treating every client's challenge as our own — listening carefully, thinking creatively, and executing flawlessly.

Through our Marcalliance membership, we work alongside Forvis Mazars, a leading professional services network, present in over 100 countries and territories.
